問い合わせた内容は
「貴国の使用済み切手を、加工しアクセサリーとして販売したら犯罪になりますか？
金属の枠の中に貴国の使用済み切手をはめ込み、その上から透明樹脂を流し込むという方法です」

セッティング使用前提かつ、あくまで個人製作で少数と言うことが抜けてますが…。
